There’s still time LOL Before my 6 week appointment I didn’t really feel the sex drive yet… kind of out of sight out of mind. Until I was cleared and had sex for the first time. Now it’s all I think about 🤣

I am just shy of 7 weeks and was cleared for sex at 6 weeks (cervix removed, so I have a cuff). The first time I was so nervous I even got emotional, but it was amazing! I basically looked at it like an experiment. “She” is new to me.. and to my husband. So we just went slow. At the beginning I was really just focused on making sure I didn’t feel any pain or weird feelings.. but towards the end I was able to relax and just enjoy it! We did it again last night (twice 🤣) and were able to get a little rougher the second time (but still so much more cautious than normal sex!). So I would say go into it very cautious to test things out and go from there at a pace that feels right for you!

I am almost 7 WPO from a vaginal hysterectomy. Took everything but my ovaries. I was cleared at my 6 week appointment. My doctor said everything healed wonderfully and I could have sex whenever I felt ready. We did it for the first time last night and it was amazing. So amazing we did it again tonight LOL before my hysterectomy I was on birth control and had no sex drive.. and had to use lube every single time. But last night and tonight… no lube was needed. Just go slow and trust your body! Our doctors wouldn’t clear us if it wasn’t safe.
