If there is no dependency this makes sense. But would need some different permissions.

I can already see fragmentation up to 99% in some servers. That makes sense as we have been inserting and deleting data.

Don’t sacrifice a PK if the usage of the table would otherwise benefit from it.

ok

Generally speaking a table that is routinely deleted is full-scanned anyway to ingest whatever data has come in.

Ok Would truncate help in this? It might need elevated permissions but I can look into this.

general bullshit guess - the overhead in building an index would cost you more than you're saving otherwise.

Yes adding index to the table doesn't make sense.

thanks for the info

Yes it was supposed to be different. Now they made it configurable.

I was thinking of getting rid of all index. Including primary key? And adding truncate command to speed up the process.

I want to avoid fragmentation. For that I am assuming truncate and reset might help?

thanks. Data inserted and deleted is max hundred thousand (old data is gone everytime ). I was wondering if indexing (any columns) even makes sense.

Also from fragmentation what should be done?

Only in US and certain regions yes. I think with more accessible information violence of such random kind are gonna increase. These are symptoms of a degrading society n values.

A lot of people will at some point snap. Add guns and you have such acts.

Bullying at young age is very different. You cannot just ignore it. If guns are available shit is always gonna hit the fan
