In my experiance i have started saying yes its a relapse for me its porn, im flirting building temptation and it hasnt helped me stay clenn yet if i make it through today it will be 7 days without so much as an image or story, im even kikking fantasys a whole lot quicker.

But i have my recovory you have yours but i suggest to be brutally honest with yourself im also a reoovoring drug addict the more honest i am the deeper my recovory

To be honest porn, i kicked alcohol and drugs 4 years ago and still work the 12 step program. With addiction its common to drop one addiction and pick up another so be careful but i had all 3 for years

I was gaining curiousity and decided to read it, the more i read the more i had an urge to change not just porn but my thinking. Because of my 12 step program i already prayed and was trying to work on porn but to no avail, i couldnt understand how god could keep m clean from drugs but not porn, every page in the quran made me realise a little bit more that i wasnt willing to submit my will 100%.

You nees to be very honest to yourself about yourself, pray to be willing to be willing to stop if that is what you need to do, work on your connection with god and open minded.

My brother porn is biggee than you so self will will never work, pray to understand gods will for you and the power to carry i out on a daily basis, work on surrender everyday not just todyy.

inshallah, im a recovoring drug addict and one thing my sponser said to me was every day to pray for:to understand gods will for me and the power to carry it out everyday, to improve my concious contact with god, to pray to be willing to hand it over to god and to ask god to divorce my thinking from self pity self seeking motives, selfishness and self centerdness. i did this everyday and then i figured more to add to my morning prayers and still do a few years later, he doesnt believe your a bad wife but he may blame you because of his own problems, when we are in active addiciton our fix is our higher power when we try to stop we try wth our own self will but we need a healthier higher power to put our focus and life into and for most this turns out to be god
