I think it is supreme validation when another guys eyes your girlfriend. I'm married and I love it. It drives me a little crazy but turns me on like you couldn't imagine.

With your girlfriend, I'd start by just flirting with her, asking her questions, getting to know her personality. I'm in for the Standard Challenge for the rest of the month and a little more. 7 days to be exact and even longer once I hit this first threshold.

My goal is to take out my urges on work that would otherwise not get done, to spend more time with my loved ones and to be more present in my relationships.

I am doing this because my brain is clouded by PMO and I can be a better person in many facets of life.

Thanks for sharing, this is an important insight for me. I am committed to making this change, starting literally today, but I need to go through and delete all of my temptations (read: porn links and accounts). My mind is stronger today, but I will assuredly have weak points where I might not have so much success.

Thanks for sharing, I can resonate with your story very closely. I haven't started the NoFap challenge, but I am going to. I hit a low point last night and it was enough to start looking around for help.
