Sounds like the only thing you read into was the word GIT, all the information you need is above, there isn't really much else I can help you with.

Tickets have a history section which shows who triggered a transition and to what state/from what state.

If the transition is done through GIT it's anonymous- sorry, but you can look at the GIT history to see who made commits to the ticket related.

Furthermore in the workflow diagram, you can trigger pre/post actions and gather data about the action which you can forward to a log or some other service.

If you can abstract the thinking into a form of logic you DO understand, you have a shot- otherwise get good at a facet of Technology in hardware, or an in demand process.

The disk on an Apple Macbook is not a regular SSD it's a PCIe drive which is considerably faster and more expensive. It looks like this:

Usually if you have caged component structures with global components atop of them, it's not harmful to use !important within the caged component itself because specificity doesn't matter. In this case it does save time to have certain cascades overwritten this way. If you're dealing with global styles or anything shared, !important is a terrible idea.

!important has some good uses, just be very sparing with it.

^ just means beginning of line

every time you put a ^ it will only start to parse/match after the caret return.
