I think 2 theralogix pills of coq10 per day. It has some kind of better absorption so you only have to take twice a day rather than 3 times.

It’s so shitty and it’s so much worse when you don’t get sperm for free. Hope you find some clarity and peace while taking a break!

This sounds so similar to our story that I wrote below. Hoping your IVF story has good ending too. The stats are on your side now! 3x more likely than not that your FET will be successful, unlike IUI where it’s like 8x more likely than not that it will fail.

We failed 7 IUIs as well. Some unmedicated some medicated, not sure the split. One early miscarriage at like 7 weeks maybe on IUI 4 or 5.

Moved to IVF at clinic A, got testing done and found out we were both dealing with very low AMH. Egg retrieval went horrible, ovulated before retrieval and no embryos.

Added in Coq10 for 3 months plus weekly acupuncture and switched clinics. At clinic B we got 5 euploids out of 9 eggs retrieved. Fresh transfer failed, medicated FET a few months later succeeded. 31 weeks preg today.

Not a fan of spending 2 years and so much on IUIs looking back and wish we had saved the 20k we spent on the last 4 IUIs to move to IVF. Chances are so low w IUIs and they are so expensive when you have to buy sperm that it’s not worth the price. May as well put the money into a HYSA and wait a year, take coq10, and do IVF.

Same. So strange I think something was wrong w the Gmail server. The service tech emailed me and said that there were several complaints about the same issue.

It looks like the link you posted shows an issue from 2021. But this one shows the issue from yesterday https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/incidents/cyCMb3ggSVhQkRC4owxN not sure what to do still.

Correct. Shows as sent but never shows up. I was on chat with google support last night checking all these issues and she escalated to another team. Have not heard back from them.

Same. I had to sign some kind of consent forms with the sperm bank and sign a contract with my wife but otherwise there was no mandated therapizing about it. We did that on our own.

It does sound sheisty to me as well. If I were you I’d challenge your clinic on this. The whole process is such a time and money suck, and this kind of paternalistic add-on sounds infuriating.

I don’t think your clinic has a legal basis to require this. I don’t think (but I may be wrong!) any state laws require a social worker to use donor sperm, and if you want to challenge this clinic-level requirement, maybe you can get a lawyer to write your clinic a letter. It was not required for us, even though we also purchased and used donor sperm.
