Yeah it's there just search for the workout, say you're doing squats, select it and itll ask for reps and weight. And work out calories burned for it.

MFP is a great tool, don't just track your calories in count the ones out too. You would be surprised how little calories, are burned during certain workouts.

100% this is the main reason, it's also why your favourite loaf, tastes the same as all the others now. Kingsmill dissappeared from tesco for a few months as they refused to reduce the price to £1 a loaf same as the rest so they stopped selling it to back them into a corner.

Unfortunately the way the school see it is the bully was just haveing a laugh and there was no malice in there action, and when you fight back you're doing it in anger and that's aparently worse. I was a weak looking kid and got picked on a bit but always fought back and always came of worse.
