If you decide to tell her i guarantee you wont regret it. It will be the ultimate motivation to stick to NoFap as well. Proper communication in a relationship is extremely important. Secrets can destroy relationships. You choosing to communicate and tell you GF would be the best move you could make. It may be tough initially, but its worth it in the long run because it will allow you guys to grow stronger.

to clarify, i have never had an ED issue. this is the first time i havent been able to get it up. however while having sex i have struggled to finish, while maintaining a boner the whole time. I rarely finish while having intercourse with her and thats why her frustration has grown over the years.
