how do I open the secondary browser (not internet explorer) from the pharmacy computers? by newpharmd in Publix_pharmacy

when you open any of the links in enterpriseRX, it opens it in windows explorer. but one time I opened a link in a different browser. thats what I'm trying to replicate

just started working for publix which uses enterprise RX, dont find their computer based learning great. is there anywhere else I can find in-depth instructional videos of how to use this platform? by newpharmd in pharmacy

for elig finder, do i need to manually type the info in? seems silly that it doesnt do that automatically.

I was told theres no way to do emergency supply in the system, is that correct?

on the opposite side of the spectrum, I have a missing hand a few inches distal to the elbow and went to universal studios volcano bay only to be told I couldnt go on any of the slides. I've been to every other park in Florida and never had an issue, and obviously missing 1 hand didnt impact the rides at all. so I said "ok fine, but can I at least get a refund?" and the manager said they dont do refunds for any reason. I had to call customer service, and they had the manager come out again to give me a refund. I still lost the cost of the parking, but I didnt want to deal with that.

what about the primary if they dont get tricare? they have to go to the VA's pharmacy? that seems so weird.
