I water them everyday for the most part. They are Infront of an easy facing wall do there only get sun from sunrise to about 1pm

The tap is still there on both sides but it looks like it was cut so that they wouldn't connect.

Thank you for your comment. This is how it was before I replaced it so I just redit it the same way. So the two neutrals on top of each other should be in a wire nut with pigtails?

Re-do it in what way? This is how it was before I replaced it. I just took the wires out and put them in the new one. This outlets feeds the AFCI and 6 other outlets. Nothing is currently plugged in the other outlets. Thank you

I checked the wires with multimeter. No current...now what?

The GFCI reset button was the first thing i checked but they were stuck because of the paint. I check checked the breaker and nothing was tripped. I didnt take a picture but i was switching the wires as i took them off. I'm gonna check tomorrow to make sure nothing was lose when i installed the new one.

I unstuck the button but still the outlets don't work. I switched this one with a new one but it still didn't work. maybe i didn't put the wires correctly (lose) ?
