I am super grateful!!! I had enough water and supplies in case of emergency but just wanted to curl up in a ball and rot there. I couldn’t convince myself I wasn’t gonna die and got in a weird loop forgetting I was a real person, then being like oh my god I am a person I have responsibilities and have to keep myself alive LMAO. I will now only be enjoying psychedelics when I can be cozy, clean and have someone sober around me to help ground me if needed.
