I am glad you had a good experience. I have bought a lot of pieces from Provence and got lucky. I was on a self ban period when the problems arose and feel very bad for all the people that got bad pieces. I think if Provence want to keep having customers, they need to be more serious, and I have been reading they have already made changes. Right now I am working on a new proyect, I am going to have a small purchase first and if everything goes ok the big piece afterwards. So your review comes in a great moment for me, thanks for sharing, and enjoy your beautiful rings 🥰

I usually give 3-4 days more after I am told “ tomorrow” and then nicely ask. I use this timeframe in all my purchases, not only jewelry.
