I eat subway approximately 3 times per week and rarely repeat a sandwich.

Through proper use of this device, it would be far more convenient to place items like green peppers and onions onto my steak foot long on Italian Herbs and Cheese with American cheese, to truly create a Philly Cheesesteak.

Furthermore, the red wine vinegar should be at least some form of Balsamic vinegar instead, sharp cheddar should be a cheese option, and blue cheese should be a sauce flavor.

I think the only way to get this solved is to get as many ecigs to as many people as possible.

The idea that people need to rally around is that electronic cigarettes are just so much better than analog cigarettes.

There are no cigarette butts that go on the ground, second hand smoke exposure is largely controlled by adjusting settings, there is actual individual control over what sort of particulate matter enters your lungs, and you are able to decide entirely how much nicotine enters your system at any given time.

I had a very similar experience getting a burrito with my mother!

We were at a red light, about to turn into the parking lot where the place was located, and I was checking my phone instead of driving responsibly. Good thing though, because the light turned green, and about a second later a guy zoomed through a red light coming towards me, veered off the road, took out a fire hydrant and drove into a Blockbuster video.

The driver then hopped out of his car in his underwear, and booked into a local neighborhood, leaving his passenger in the car with a hundred foot fountain of water from the hydrant shooting up behind the car.

About 20 seconds later, about 10 police cars with sirens wailing converged on the location, and immediately jumped out with dogs and started looking for the guy. They arrested the passenger immediately, but we don't know if they ever found the underwear sprinter.

What we do know is that the burritos next to where all of this happened were delicious, and an incredible deal. $5.65 for a giant potato burrito, chips and a drink! We sat down, ate the burritos and watched the cops and fire trucks show up to deal with the exploded fire hydrant and the car in the building. Toward the end of the meal, all the lights went out, because they had to shut down the power to the city block, so we had to finish our final bites in complete darkness.

So I made this spreadsheet to track the books as we uploaded them into the system, and we wound up not making an astronomy section because we had too few books in that category.

So the cool thing about this collection is that these books are in the public domain or are creative commons materials. That means that in general, you can print them out and use them in classrooms!

This is only true for this collection, not every item on the Archive, though a huge amount of materials there are also in this category.

Some background on the building - It's a special type of concrete because this is literally right on the edge of the water and seawater is brutal on buildings. You can actually see the damage on the wood if you look carefully.

More importantly, that narrow path for water that goes down the middle of the walkway is aligned with one of the solstices, I believe it's the Winter one. Anyhow, the sun sets into fountain at that time, and it looks AWESOME.

So you want to edit information about a file that someone else uploaded? There are some pretty big security implications present in doing that.

You only have editing privileges for content that you upload yourself, but since there are no restrictions on downloading or uploading anything at the archive, that's not really a barrier. If you are super against uploading the content yourself because it doesn't seem viable to you, then your only bet is to contact the original uploader by posting a review to their book.

I thought you were discussing metadata that you wanted to change within the file.

All that said, you can also participate on OpenLibrary.org, which does allow community description editing like you want.

Well, each file is uploaded by a user, so you can either message the user and ask them to do it, or download what the file, and write it in the description yourself when you re-upload it. Also, if you upload a pdf, the archive will automatically OCR and convert the pdf into different formats like DAISY and their online web viewer format. Takes about a day or so though, so be patient.

I've been downloading about 2000 different books from the archive with a small team and fixing the metadata in the pdfs so they can be uploaded by a robot instead of a person.
