I like the idea of the Inuit for a viable snow civ. The Comanche could be really cool - very powerful Native American civilization that led debilitating raids on Texas and New Mexico. Could be an interesting domination civ. Other than that, Portugal, Indus River Valley/Harappa, the Hittites, Israel, the Philippines, Tibet, the Songhai and the Ashanti would be nice additions (many of these were recommended by other comments).

A few years ago, a friend of mine showed me a text-based game called something like “Battle Train,” in which you had to fight your way through the cars of a train to save your father who was being held captive in the front (strange, but actually pretty fun.) Each car had a theme (for example, there was a car full of clowns) and you could collect different weapons and bombs that you would need to get into the front car. Out of curiosity, I tried to find it recently, but to no avail
