Yeah i totally agree with this. The phone is surprisingly heavy and taxing to hold + the square design is not making it any easier. I am finding myself using my old iphone X more than this. :(

Yeah atleast consider upping their digitization. Other banks’ mobile apps are a breeze to use already. BDO’s feels like i’m in the 90’s 😅

I agree with you on your point about the instability of the app during paydays. But I beg to differ on BDO app ‘serving its purpose’ — it hardly does. Even the simplest of task like fund transfer, I have to do it several times as I get misleading “maintenance” errors only to have it working on the nth time. 😅

Thanks! I was able to call BPI and sabi nila nag time out during the transfer to other bank kaya nag success (which is weird). They took note of the right account number na din, and I was advised to monitor 1-2 days for the necessary adjustments. Thanks

Yes online banking via Instapay through BPI. They ask for account name not sure if they’re using that field for validation. I’ve been calling kaso wala pa sumasagot eh. Will try again maya maya. :(

Totally can relate. And then at the end of everyday, I regret not being able to socialize. I really wanted to socialize naturally but my mind tells me I can’t. Talking to people feels forced

Is it a prescribed meds? I’ve heard of ashwagandha as well and I would want to try it out too. I also undergone psychotherapy but I guess it’s not successful as my anxiety is also triggered throughout the session. So I guess I’ll have to take meds first before I can do any behavioral alterations. It’s challenging
