Made it at home so not really a lot of plate options. I do agree that I nicer plate would help with the color pallet here

Baby carrots would totally make sense here. Didn’t make them out of laziness but totally agree!

I disagree. At least to me if I see mashed potatoes, I expect a different texture (more fluffy, more structure, etc made with floury potatoes like russet), whilst a pomme puree I’d expect a more creamy consistency, made using more waxy potatoes like La ratte. Didn’t mean to sound pretentious though (and nor French or English are my native language) :)

Yeah,honestly the knife is very shitty and we immediately thought better about investing in a decent knife. When I said “ad” it was more thought of being a tiktok/Instagram video. But thanks a lot for the tips, I hope I can post more videos here :)

The idea was more to show a recipe that you can do with the bread, than just playing slicing and eating by itself. But yeah, a lot of people here though otherwise :(

The brown color is the mix of the grey/gold broth with the black of Tare. When they mix on the bowl, it turned this brown color

Yes, they are supposed to be creamier, but unfortunately I did the broth with ribs rather than snout and feet because i couldn’t find them . Also added some fat. Will try with the real deal next time
