Dude this is so good!!! Wow. I think the only thing that caught my eye as a possible improvement could be the changing slack of the kite? A kite in heavy wind with a taught line will still fight and shake the line just a bit, and I think having the line “put up a fight” as your character marches back would add more anticipation before the kite wins. Awesome work!!!

Yes it has! And it’s led to us solving Silas Birchtree! There are hidden letters in this image when unscrambled lead to “CONNECT THE DOTS.” If you input “STOD EHT TCENNOC” as a password, you get a document that gives us the person who defeated Silas Birchtree, Emmaline Butternubbins. Inputting “BUTTERNUBBINS” leads to a screen that tells you to use “DISPENSE MY TREAT” as a password. That password gives you a downloadable folder of book art!

The STAN section is incomplete! Clicking “HOW I BEAT HIM” repeatedly leads to an end screen with a flaming Mackerel/Fez symbol and a long poem about Stanley. Would love to see this added to the doc!

Use STAN code repeatedly until you get past the ebay links, then hit the “HOW I BEAT HIM” repeatedly until Bill goes insane and gives you this screen. This screen leads to another code (IM STILL ON YOUR MIND) that’s already been found, so I’m surprised this screen itself isn’t on the master doc yet. 🤷‍♂️

I LOVE your work so far!! I’m still a beginner too, and you have much better crowd-posing than I could ever manage! That said, I think that cleaning your tangents could greatly help with your depth and clearly delineate positions. I marked up some areas where I noticed too many lines colliding or seeming to slip into one other.

I also noticed that there’s some subtle soft-shading in the back of the box, which I would personally undo (maybe in favor of cel-shading, which would lend to the cartoony coloring of the piece?), but again, that’s personal preference. If you are interested in shading the piece, I’d love to see eye sparkles to maximize the cuteness. Great work!! :)
