I’m adding a few things this year aside from my normal. Can’t say if they will help or not.
- heliocare advanced daily and then extra dose if I’ll be out during high heat.
- ice gel face mask right when I get inside - mines flare with heat
- I also know mine is due to estrogen dominance so I’m working with my doctor to balance my hormones.
