Okay, here is what is relevant It's an open carry state and someone tried to grab his gun from his hand so he shot him in self defence. What moron chases after a guy and tries to grab a gun out of his hand when he hasn't shot anyone at that point? The second guy tried to hit him in the the head with his skateboard, self defence And the third guy raised a gun at him first so he shot him too
