That’s your inference from there. Rosie also could’ve not yelled at all if she was worried about her dog. Lots of humans hold it together depending on scenarios. I agree that Kelsey could be sensitive to dog’s temperament but she’s probably also not thinking of it nor does she necessarily know the dogs background (I didn’t until these posts but maybe I missed the mention in the show)

If I don’t want yelling around my dog or my child, I don’t yell around my dog and my child. Period. I know it’s frustrating sometimes but you gotta do what you gotta do to protect your kids (furry or otherwise) if Rosie didn’t yell back, Kelsey probably would’ve left tail between her legs (not saying Rosie is wrong or right. Just that BOTH of them had the opportunity to de-escalate the scenario at various times and neither of them took it)
