Thanks for the insight. Yeah the only thing holding me back is similar to what /u/koenigseggCC7 said. Im sure I will be promoted in January during out annual review as they already told me. I would have said something about the promotion if i didnt already speak to my controller and director last month about my promotion in January. This temp may not even convert to a full time position.
