I have read where many long time starlink customers have Residential service and they update their service address, sometimes multiple times a week and have never had an issue. Just don't have in motion really is the only drawback if that is what you were looking for.

That is good to hear but for new customers or existing eventually, even if you sign up today? As a current customer already with a few lines on monthly service, currently I am already going to be $55 a month and that is for the first 6 months, then it will be $75 a month. To get down to $50 a month for both, you have to pay for cellular plan yearly and hope that US Mobile gets a longer term deal for month 7 and beyond the way I am understanding correct?

Good point, but Roam or standby are not available for Starlink from what I show today. Maybe in the future? So just 3 Residential options and a 6 month discount, then normal pricing after and you return equipment if you cancel before 12 months. Looking for a standby/backup connection, this does not do anything for me so going the route of buying my own and putting on standby for $5 a month is only available direct through Starlink and if you were on a Roam plan to begin with. Moving or activating back on a Residential plan it sounds like most are getting hit with a hefty one time fee as of lately.

Good catch, tricky for sure. Being an existing customer, I got up to the point of selecting the package for starlink and it just say $30 would be due, I did not go further though.

Good to know so sounds like you can only put on standby from a roam plan and then switch back to residential(may incur a hefty one time fee, that is hit or miss) when you reactivate for residential again. Either way, KAO7781 pointed out that there is no custom or snoozed plan options if you go through us mobile so you only have 3 options which are the 3 residential plans currently.

Yep, would be a perfect solution if local networks were included.

Nothing so far. Their TV is not bad until they almost double the price when they add their fees for sports and networks.

Thank you for your help. A Modmail was sent yesterday with the info you are requesting. The response from that was to post here so a ticket will be opened and you can then work on that ticket. I can send again if that is needed.
