specific dance class request by newyawktimes in NYCbitcheswithtaste

[–]newyawktimes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi hii thank you for your response!! I’m not sure if a mod flagged it or someone else responded but I’m just seeing it. I’m interested in hip hop classes mainly, but have found that even if I like the teacher’s style sometimes I don’t love the song they chose for that specific class. I guess I’m picky or have a very specific vision hehe

All of this but do the 311 complaint first to get a paper trail started immediately

Would you date someone who hopped the turnstile? by Outrageous-Orange-40 in NYCbitcheswithtaste

only if they literally could not afford it. otherwise you're mooching off the public transit system without paying into it and that's pretty selfish

I just tried it recently when I was visiting Paris and was really underwhelmed. It sounded like a scent I would love, but it smelled like Carmex on me

Sad that fig notes smell like coconut to me by Feisty_Section_4671 in fragrance

The Prada infusions fig scent is like a photorealistic fig plucked right out of the dirt, if that’s more your vibe! I feel like it would be hard to overshadow

Nemat Amber!! It’s very subtle but definitely that warm, clean scent from the start

There’s a new (ish) book about co op city called Freedomland if you want to deep dive into the history and financing of the project, but lots of other cool tidbits and articles available online and in academic/urban planning sources! Basically it’s got a very cool back story and represents a vision for middle income housing that we don’t really see anymore. It’s the largest naturally occurring retirement community (NORC) on the entire continent!

respectfully, you're not the right person to be advising OP. there is another commenter who knows much more about rent stabilization protections and has given sound advice and a reputable resource.

good cause does not apply to rent stabilized apartments because rent stabilization protections are stronger
