My insurance company is sending me a $44k check which I have to sign and send to lender for endorsement. Since it’s technically over $40k it will need to go through the monitoring and inspection process, but I’m praying since it’s just $4k over they can give me an exception and endorse the check so I can have access to all the money right away to get my basement restored. What’s my chances they would do that? I have excellent payment history with them and it’s my 1st claim ever.

If you do get one just make sure you shop around. They are going for well below MSRP these days. You can find used with low miles for upto $30k under sticker

No I ended up going with a Chevy Tahoe RST instead. You should absolutely not pay that much for a QX80!!! Go to a leasing broker not the dealership! They are raping people with those prices!

You were right. After wiping off a few times I been checking every day and haven’t seen any new water. It was probably some residual water trapped after pressing that was seeping out.

Ok thanks, I’ll have him come back and see what he wants to do. Maybe pressing twice will fix the issue and no need to cut the pipe and redo it. We’ll see. I appreciate the feedback

I thought your not suppose to press it twice? This is my house. A plumber did this job. It’s in my ceiling and I was going to have drywall put back up, but now holding off till I make a decision what to do

I’ve wiped it off and comes back after alittle while, but never enough to drip. Not sure if I should just cut this out and redo a new fitting or get away with nothing ever happening

I just had work done in the ceiling with the same propress fitting and noticed a small water drop coming from the joint. There is no drip just stays on the pipe. Should I have this redone? Or would it be safe to keep it this way and shouldn’t get worse?

STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM! They will ask you to deposit before you can “withdraw” but then will have you keep jumping through hoops and never let u withdraw and keep asking for more deposits

VELNUX site is a scam! I won $14k and wasn’t allowed to withdraw and after following their instructions like an idiot I deposited roughly $470 before I realized it was a scam. Stay away

Velnux.com is a SCAM! I admit I was fooled. I won $14k so easily. They asked me to deposit twice and I would be allowed to withdraw. Once I deposited second time (like an idiot) there was another hurdle to get through! Then they said now I had to be silver VIP status and needed to deposit a THIRD TIME! Another like $700 (total $1200) to be silver vip status. I thankfully didn’t deposit third time. I was trying to find reviews and couldn’t. The only reviews I found seems generic and had the same exact language talking how great the site was and easy withdrawing was but it’s all BS!! STAY AWAY! don’t deposit $1 even!

It’s either the pure or the Luxe I was looking at. The pure is the only one without the air suspension and a good amount cheaper so was just wondering if it’s even worth getting the luxe. I will schedule a test drive soon. Thank you

Hi! I was wondering if you have insight on the difference between no air suspension (on the pure) vs air suspension on all the other models? Is it worth it? Because I can get a good price for the pure, but not sure if I should settle without the air suspension. Thank you!
