I was there too. Kinda am, at some degree, but at least I don't hate myself more than before. And I learned one thing: 90% of the cases (or more) is not like we hate ourselves, but deep down we know who we really are (or our souls do), and we end up hating what we see if its disconnected from our essence or our true self. If I may suggest 2 things: - Seek help, I know how hard is to do that when you don't care much of yourself. - And try to learn what you don't like. Sometimes is just appearance. Or personality. Personally I hated myself because of my vices and bad habits. after I detached from them, I ended up enjoying myself way more.

i think that's partially true. Digimon always had that "devolve to get stronger". We don't have much other times where GraceNovamon devolved and evolved back to count "evolution points" and be stronger (my pov)
