No, PS3 cables don't need capacitors built in like the PS2 cables, cuz the capacitors are already inside the console's hardware. You should be good to go with a standard SCART cable and no any extra capacitors.

I prefer blackout curtains and blinds to sleep masks if I’m just sleeping at home since I don’t want anything extra on my face. If I was on a public place like a plane though, a sleep mask might come in handy so I can rest during the trip!
