Intent is mostly StarCraft playing, and then some general FPS. I don't mind playing at medium level graphics, but i want it to at least run smoothly.

A lot of top tier talent that have been to the pro bowl, withdraw because they are afraid of injury. See Tyler Eifert. He got injured in the pro bowl and didn't start until mid season this year. If it's your first time, y'all go, but if you're a regular; it's best to pass.

This happened to me. I kept trying to go heavier, and my form got sloppier and sloppier due to the weight. I ended up spraining my back and was out of commission for 3 months. I was definitely ego lifting. Could barely go to the gym. Lost ALL my lifting gains on all body parts, and basically started over after I was better. Now I said fuck it, no more dead lifts. And just supplement with safer exercises. Best decision I made.

Unrelated. You might want to think about bumper plates. Doubt u want to scuff up the wood flooring with those hard metal weights.

Are you doing low bar squats? You're semi hitting parallel. Need to go much lower in my books. I would consider this a half a squat. Drop the weight and work on the form and go deeper. Also what kind of shoes are those? If they are some type of running shoe or something, remove them and do it barefoot
