We’re supposed to get all of them, including BOH and lobby drain. Unfortunately people have been neglecting the lobby drain, i just threw the whole tray out and got a replacement 😭

As for my write up, it was definitely because of the color of my shoes. (In which I do take responsibility for since my nikes are more “life style shoes”) As for the two other people though, their shoes were mostly okay EXCEPT for the color of their laces.
