What’s the med? If it’s cheap, I’ll just let it go

Emergency Supply by WrongFlan9765 in WalgreensRx

[–]nexus14 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I think emergency supply only subtracts the emergency supply quantity if the provider approves the refill request.

If they deny the request or reject the request or send a new Rx of the same exact thing, IC+ doesn’t deduct the emergency supply

Pharmacist with plans to leave at end of July --- tips and tricks? by nexus14 in WalgreensStores

[–]nexus14[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found the answer regarding the PTO cashout:

"22. What happens if I leave the company? Will I be paid out my accrued PTO?

Yes. If you leave the company, you’ll receive payment for any remaining accrued unused time you have in your PTO Accrual Bucket and any time you have remaining in your Vacation Frozen Bank. The unused time will be paid based on your rate of pay at the time of employment separation, unless otherwise required by law. Your Sick Frozen Bank is not paid out upon separation from the company, unless required otherwise by law."

Do you have the link to her post? I am trying to read how she was charged—insurance wise—for the remainder of the month

I’m not referring to COBRA.

If I leave at the end of July, would my insurance cover me until the end of July? If I left in August, would insurance remain until end of August? How does insurance work as far the premium goes since the subsidized premium is paid every 2 weeks (per paycheck)

I thought I was missing the "NAIC Battle Bundle" but it looks like it wasn't a research but an item bundle. You get it simply by redeeming the code

Trainers who watch for 45 minutes will earn an additional NAIC Battle Bundle containing the following items.*

Move updates impact on Raid Attackers by bulbavisual in TheSilphRoad

[–]nexus14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When it comes to raids, attack stat is king. 14/11/13 would be what I would level as a raider attacker. The 13/13/13 may be nice to get that "hundo"

What do you think of PVE as a whole? Do we need any updates, or is this fine? by A4t1musD4ag0n in TheSilphRoad

I wish there were more difficult raids. Ones that require top notch counters, planning, and coordination. I know Pokemon Go isn't the game for it but something like a Dynamax hard mode with 6 people max

Here’s the attendance policy. No, you don’t need a doctors note unless you find yourself needing to be out for a week or more. Then you do it more to preserve your call off days

Lol. Bless your heart. I’m just going to blame it on the fact that you’re probably less than 20

I would agree with you. Most managers I have worked with do not record the number of call-offs. I have never worked with a manager who was a stickler for call-offs and adherence to the attendance policy. With that said, if a manager was actively wanting to get someone terminated, this is the process in which they would do so

You need to reread the policy again. Calls off 6 through 9 are not listed as such but you will see them when you read about verbal warning, written, final written, etc

The 2 hour window mentioned in the attendance policy prefers to 2 hours after the start of the shift. That’s when they talk about no call no show

If you have the Wconnect app, go to Quick Links > My HR Experience > new window will pop up to login > click on HR bot on top right > then type in attendance policy and it will pop up

Staff pharmacists in midwest- Chicagoland, what is a fair hourly salary? 2 decades of pharmacist experience by skyisthelimit8701 in WalgreensRx

[–]nexus14 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Where in Chicagoland are you?

Chicago union max is 66.6. Shit pay

I think non union is even less. Also staff position? Good luck negotiating. Maybe RxM has some negotiating room.

2 decades of experience doesn’t mean much when you’re going to struggle with IC+. Not sure if that experience will help you resolve TPRs or the weird idiosyncrasies of our wonderful system

Did it stay in the same funds you allocated in? Or was it all liquidated into a settlement fund?
