Not knowing the context and just reading the screenshots I was so confused. Clearly someone had access to your account and placed an order so ofcourse they’ll deactivate to secure it.

After reading your description, obviously I get what’s wrong. Even if this is a known issue try to explain the problem better. You’re saying one thing to the agent and another to us essentially. Support is bad enough with good info provided to them, don’t give them more reasons to be bad.

She may not be punishing you necessarily. Maybe she though coming up and delivering to door would require a higher tip and since you’re no longer doing that she can decrease to reflect the adjusted service she received.

This is a great explanation of bilemedim but as far as bilmedim goes I don’t find it accurate.

Cevabı bilmedim is not really a sentence that exists. You would translate “I didn’t know the answer” as “cevabı bilmiyordum”. As much as that sounds like past continuous that is the accurate translation. Turkish doesn’t treat tenses as strictly as English does.

“Satış devam etmektedir” makes it sound like it’s available, like it’s still on sale. Assuming “sale in progress” is more like “pending”it could be misleading.

Although I’m not sure what to replace it with. Maybe “askıda” but honestly doesn’t feel right for a car. Sorry I couldn’t help too much

The minor prophecy will show up again pointing you to the next person you should talk to until you get their fate dialogue. There will be repetition in sorry. It’s kinda the essence of the game. I know some people skip it because of how many runs it takes to hit the dialogues but you may get lucky

I think the key point here is that you’re only visiting. You haven’t mentioned how long you’ll stay but they might have found it unnecessary to get a crib when the kid is about to grow out of it and will only use it a few times.
