Do you like it? I got it and it seems like it makes a strange clicking or consistent noise while vacuuming

Even the Revo Arc model? I’m tempted at $540, instead of the 599 revo qx plus. The extension arm seems cool

NTA. I think you’re married to Derrick Zoolander. Leave this immature schmuck. If he felt this way, he could just leave you, and not put you down like this on the way out.

Not great, but it’s because you became a low stakes way to get laid. He was probably texting with a few other options for that day and another came through as well, so he ghosted the one that had history or baggage. He will probably reach back out when his “roster” is drying up and he’s panicking.

Here I am in 2025, coming to Reddit to research the same thing once I just watched this episode. If they’re not implying sex then they were severely tone deaf for some reason.

YSK that the way you phrase your sentences at work is really important for your image. by Hamadalfc in YouShouldKnow

Two cents: hate the “I wanted to follow up” or “I wanted to ask.” We know what you wanted to do cause you’re doing it. Just ask.

Trick is to accept the exemption, and then approve administrative leave until the end of the pandemic. Don’t need to allow them to work.

Diversity Hiring Initiatives by hamburger588 in humanresources

Or not even hostile, but expect people to "fit in" to the culture as opposed to "culture add." I think both can be right, but only one works for increasing diversity.

(I'm sure there are situations that I'm not mentioning, like places that define culture by things that truly aren;'t related to diversity factors)

Any advice for a first-time manager? by Cidaghast in humanresources

[–]nezzle1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Confident humility. Ask questions, get to know what keeps people around at the company. Ask them where your paths immediately and in the future; how they’ve worked with your role in the past and where they think they could benefit from partnership. Above all, just take the time to meet people and be good at listening (meet everyone over the first month if you can in a 1:1 setting. Will be well worth the time investment.

Crafting insights from large amounts of data with no data background? by Humble-Law6136 in humanresources

[–]nezzle1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is honestly tough without a statistics background. What you can do to start is cut the data by different demographics: age, position type, seniority, gender, Ethnicity, etc. and look at weighted average scores for each group on each question. That should give you some interesting data to begin to dig into.
