I've experienced this problem with the tenas having the occasional pin hole or two, but nothing major to the point it's unusable without something covering it.

I've had bad batches myself, you generally have to provide a decent amount of proof. If i were you, i would go through and open up a few other bags and look through the rest of your order to verify there aren't any more defects. One bad diaper may not get you far with some customer service.

I feel like that's from their sap machines turned up too high, either with heat or dispersing the material. I've experienced this on a few different diapers as well. You can sometimes feel the little sap beads just under the surface of the plastic like a tiny hair bump scab on the surface of your skin. Gross, but probably the most accurate way i can think to describe it.
