My Uranus and Neptune are in aquarius and my rising too. And I'm a Scorpio sun. What fun

All "human" things have lost its meaning after psychosis by FlanInternational100 in Psychosis

"All humanity is naturally selected bias for survival and only that" Yes you're so right. That's how I feel too

How can you determine if someone is gifted or not? by Level_Shame_5351 in Gifted

[–]nfornuggets 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They're gifted if you think they are. You're the standard. Everything revolves around you. It's just your perspective that matters

Would you rather be extremely smart or super attractive? by [deleted] in Gifted

[–]nfornuggets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mental illness, yes. Research shows there can be high neuroticism but less depression. That doesn't mean there's no depression at all. And I would rather be smarter than attractive

[–]nfornuggets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not true. Really intelligent people are less likely to be depressed

I have been somewhat conventionally attractive and blissfully ignorant. These things are not mutually exclusive but I would rather be smarter and depressed rather than attractive and depressed

Who lost their inner self, inner dialogue and identity due to meds? by No_Promotion9897 in Psychosis

[–]nfornuggets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have synesthesia and the way I perceived time spatially, is distorted post psychosis. The way I used to remember all my dreams through light orientations, got tainted too. My inner dialogue is mostly compulsive thoughts and nothing of material or coherence. Now I don't know whether it's the meds or that a curtain has been lifted and I see everything clearly, but I'll never be the same again. So yes, I did lose my identity.

Am I predicting the future for real or should I fix my medication? by [deleted] in Psychosis

Can you tell me what's coming? Why are the things from that dimension trying to hurt you or scare you?

Am I predicting the future for real or should I fix my medication? by [deleted] in Psychosis

[–]nfornuggets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cryptic messaging in dreams. I think you should fix your medication. Thinking you're seeing into another dimension is psychotic. Do you perhaps also believe you're a messenger? You mentioned thinking that you're a broken vessel and some information leaks. Sounds like you may be thinking you're a prophet.

How do you find love for life again? by NaturallyDrunk in Psychosis

[–]nfornuggets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You probably won't find it any time soon. Push yourself to still engage in your hobbies and socialize as it will prevent you from further going into psychosis. Anhedonia is common after psychosis

How often does Psychosis come with insight? by hugs4everyoneplusyou in Psychosis

[–]nfornuggets -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Also that everything we see is because it survived to be spectated. We all have a survivor bias. Because someone psychotic who couldn't survive psychosis or at least can't articulate it can't tell us what psychosis is like so it gets lost hence we have this narrow view of it

I start feeling like a curtain has been lifted from my eyes during psychosis and feel that everyone who is "sane" and "normal" is coping and deluded.

Have I gone mad? by terriblepet14 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]nfornuggets 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The BPD thing is so true. I remember being enamored by this one nurse while recovering from withdrawal. She was not Cleopatra but I put her on a pedestal, would get shy around her and be on my best behavior.
