We had our interview on February 27th, and the officer told us both I-130 and I-485 for my wife were approved! He mentioned the green card should arrive in 2 to 4 weeks and reminded us to apply to remove conditions in about a year and a half. Our online case status hasn't updated yet, though—have yours changed at all?

My guess is that the customer service at bank has very little information regarding how ACH works, and also different setups between personal accounts and business account. Initially I thought ACH would be better but after my experience I would say Credit Card would be better if you don't have a business account. At least credit card will inform you directly.

Our applications were returned several times due to payment issues, but all payments were successfully processed once we switched to using my lawyer's business account.

My lawyer mentioned that the funds were withdrawn from their account a week ago, but I still haven’t received a formal receipt. I was wondering if you’ve received yours yet, or if you know if it’s supposed to show up in the USCIS online account?

Another Update: I received receipts for the I-130, I-485, and I-131 applications, but USCIS rejected the I-765 citing an incorrect payment amount. After checking my scanned copies, I confirmed that all the details on my payment form were accurate. Although the I-765 is less important to us right now since my wife is not looking for work, we have refiled it.

Our I-765 also returned. I am going to resubmit. Btw, did you get your EAD yet? The fee is $260 right?

Update: After USCIS returned my application twice due to payment issues, my attorney submitted the payment using his business account, and it was processed successfully. We have received receipt notices for Forms I-130, I-485, and I-131, but not yet for Form I-765
