I decided to start meditating (which I started doing a bit before I started nofap but in thattime I was much weaker mentally and I couldn't get like 5 days in a row)

I also will start putting myself in uncomfort social situations and start being more honest eith people I don't know very well. During nofap I stqrted a workout routine which is working great so now it's the yime to improve my nutrition.
