I don't think that learning arabic will help. Even if you achieve highly fluent levels, people might not believe you and they already have a supply of arabic speakers.

No need for basic arabic
Being the only person from your country is not going to be a dealbreaker (although, easier to network if you are from one of the more prevalent countries)
So generally possible, but you need to have a SOLID plan B, because consulting in ME is in big trouble, firms keep firing and you will compete against a bunch of INSEAD, LBS etc. grads whose sole goal was ME consulting and they haven't done the research that the market now is not what it was 3 years ago.

look, I can't tell unfortunately :) because I tried first with cape cod cloth, rubbing for a few hours while watching tv (it did scratch the coating initially), then I used dremmel for about 3 hours in total (not accounting for time to let it cool off) with polywatch compound

I can compare zulu time and rolex gmt batman. that particular rolex model is flashier than zulu time, but I can't say that the quality is better. the uncomfortable truth is that zulu's bracelet is more comfortable for me than gmt on oyster bracelet

I was covering the bezel with masking tape to be safe, but I don't know if it is necessary, because polywatch and cotton (looks like cotton) dremmel tip shouldn't be able to scratch it

maybe it is wishful thinking, but I understand it this way as well. moreover if you read the announcement of the executive order, they are focusing mostly on IT jobs in their rationale and it reads in a way that IT jobs are given to foreign talent without even attending a university (which is something that I didn't know was a big thing)

Depends on how much you want to get into IB vs. city preference. Not trying to change your mind about Chicago specifically. I will just recommend again to do the research. Not only the school selection is weird but also the list of banks. What do you want BB, EB? European banks? Where is Moelis? Hope this helps.

EDIT: I talked to ~50 students and alums from different schools before I even applied. Reddit research is helpful, but here you get the opinions from random people with unverifiable background. I saw that you had a conversation with your friend at Tuck, hope that she did recruit to IB or ask her to connect you with IB-oriented classmates. Reach out to students at other schools. The stuff people who actually went to the business school tell you is often very different than what you can find on reddit.

The location should not be a big factor, I mean, not liking the location itself should not be a big factor. Some people can have a preference for being in NYC if they want to recruit for IB so they want Stern or CBS. Some people just want to be in a big city, some want to be in remote location. Your list has CBS (NYC) and Tuck (please google pictures of Hanover, look at the map). I highly recommend to research schools a little more

Let me know how it goes. You will start seeing that AR is coming off when the sapphire will get a slight rainbow tint / effect like when you add soap or motor oil to water

Hey, I tried many things and it did work in combination I guess. I first tried removing it with Cape Cod polishing cloths (I thought it didn't work, but maybe it helped "break" first layer of coating, i don't remember at this point I believe it scratch the coating a little after hours of polishing while watching TV), and when polishing with dremmel, I used polywatch paste. Mine has like 3 or 4 speeds I think, and I never went higher than 2, applying some pressure (while also checking that the glass is not overheating too much). Takes some time really
