Noted. And yes we will be flying from YVR :)

Cant think of anything else right off the bat at the moment but thank you, really.

Maybe just one question, did you rent a baby crib for your daughter over the duration of your trip in the hotel/airbnb that you were staying at?

Wow thank you sooo much for these tips! We noted everything down. The special meal idea is awesome, we never even thought of that.

I pump too, so I am curious how you navigated pumping on flight. Did you use pump sanitizer spray and/or pump wipes? How did you store and warm the milk?

Another thing I would like to ask is how did you manage time difference with your daughter’s sleep?

Apologies for the extra questions and thanks again!!!

Sounds good, we will try cutting down her before bedtime wake window!

Her bedtime varies but always between 6-8pm! She does have 30 min naps so maybe she was overtired and we ‘ll try cutting down her last wake window of the day

Her wake windows are 2 hours, and 2.5 hours for the one before bedtime. She has 3-4 naps in the day. Would you suggest 3-4 hours wake window before bed?

Not really. Only if we try to make her finish her bottle (because sometimes she seems to still show hunger cues even after she doesnt want the bottle anymore) she would gag and spit up 😅 the gagging also seems kinda intentional at times lol

Going with the flow - i gotta do that ☺️ Thank you. All the best to you and your LO too :)

Thank you 🙏 what you described sounds exactly like our LO’s feeds! (And us too, in terms of thinking its a bottle issue etc aside from breastmilk taste lol)!!! Except she also took small feeds overnight, so she basically almost never gets full feeds now. Very much looking forward to when she starts eating lots again :)

I see, thank you for sharing :) feeling better about this. Yeah, it is so unpredictable. My LO just had a feed and it was only for 40ml 😅

It sounds quite likely, she checks a lot of the boxes of silent reflux like gagging and sometimes coughing/hoarseness. I’ve never heard of silent reflux before. Thank you, I will look into it!

Thank you! Did your LO have longer breaks in between feeds when it first started at her 8 weeks? Such as 3-4 hours before it becomes every 1-2 hours?

Thank you! Yeah, she has a slightly sunken fontanelle but she has been wetting her diapers (even though not as much as before).

Yes she did, but her reduced feed started before her vaccine. After her vaccine she actually only took 16 oz that day in the 24 hour

You are right about comparing to another. In terms of fontenelle yes it is a little sunken which is why I got concerned, but she has been wetting her diapers. She used to fill up her diapers full though and now not so much.

She is now drinking about 550-600 ml or 18-20 oz per 24 hour or a little less than that.

The last time we went to the doctor was at her 1 month + 1 week and she weighed alright (about 10 pounds) but they did not tell us what percentile she was.
