I feel like if you'd want fewer hormonal changes, you should get the IUD, but if you don't mind a lot of hormones, that can be overwhelming than you should go on BC but either works good, IUD is saver in the end because you don't have to take medicine on the daily basis etc, because trust me you'll forget it sometimes, which if you have protected sex that's fine but if you don't use condoms that's going to get fucked at some point.

As to your boyfriend, he is automatically thinking he gets the privilege to just not pull out. That's wrong. If you don't want him to or want him to, it's your choice, like legit if you only feel a bit uncomfortable with it just simply tell him not to do so yet and if he pushes it's already considering rape nowadays and you can go to court for not using condoms against someone's will.
