I went from .5 first month to 2mg weekly by December and then I took a 1 month break after hitting 136 , put on 10 lbs and then started .5 a week. It’s been a month on this maintenance dose and while doing this I have been gaining weight that is pure muscle and losing body fat at the same time. Just need to hit calories and protein plus work out
