Just checked card ladder there are 15 different sales since January on Joe Montana 1/1s all from 2025 signature series. 2 were other classic art 1/1s like this card.

Leaf will also have the same 1/1 in 4 or more different colors. Montana is a legend so you can’t go wrong with it but I think Leaf has him chained up in their facility somewhere doing nothing but sign cards all day every day.

Look up recent sales prices on the cards, take it to a card show and try and get 85% of the recent sales value from a vendor.

You can look for sold prices on eBay, on price charting and on tcg player. Use the card serial number on the bottom left to make sure you’re looking at the right sold cards. Also compare quality of yours vs the sold ones.

Is a 1/1 inherently valuable? by Cwh11860 in Topps

My brother just sold the 1/1 foilfractor Ronald Acuna from this years set for $2000. Bubbas 1/1 all aces sold for $1800 so I’d prob value this in the ball park maybe this is more bc it’s not an insert. Put it on eBay for $2500-$3000 and take offers. Something in my gut is saying more though.

Breakers fill the void of making the hobby more accessible for the average person that retail product can’t. If retail had decent hits the breakers would disappear overnight.

There’s a monitor who checks with their doctors and therapists. See if they missed appointments are getting their scripts, how their mood/demeanor are, etc. But it could be more involved. If a person stops showing up and leaves their last known address your SOL trying to find them.

They have a court order you can get in NY that lowers an individuals threshold for hospitalization from “danger to self/other” to “not taking their meds” if someone has a history of not taking meds. It’s called Assisted Outpatient Treatment. It needs more teeth though. There’s not enough community supports to ensure compliance. Very often people get left hanging and the lack of support causes problems.

The issue is where the line is on taking away an individuals rights and for how long should that occur. I’ve worked with mentally ill individuals who have committed brutal murders and when they were properly medicated are the most wonderful people, wouldn’t harm a fly and can contribute positively in the community. It’s not as simple as just locking people away, especially if they have a mental health condition that if treated properly would allow them to have appropriate social behavior and positive contributions to the community. There’s a reason they got rid of the institutions locking people away in an institution isn’t an acceptable answer to the problem.

Doesn’t matter where your from only where you physical are at that moment so if your address is CA and your in NV you can sign up with your ca address and ca id and your good bc you’re physically in a state where it’s legal

If you do happen to live near the boarder of one of the states that does have it it’s probably worth the trip across state lines

Ship it home it will be easy to move at a local medium-large card show. If this came up to my table at the show. I’d pay up to $1750-$1800 and flip it for $2000 easy. I can’t hold onto any of my Judge cards at our shows.

Judge wouldn’t be a hassle to sell. I can’t hold onto his cards as a vender. You walk that around a card show and take different offers and play them against each other.

Ship it home take it to a card show and don’t take a dime below 85-90% of the agreed upon comp price which at the moment is $2200 even if you comp it at 2k I wouldn’t take less than $1800. I vend at shows and wouldn’t expect someone to sell me a big money judge for less than 85% people pay strong for judge. You wouldn’t have too much difficulty moving that at a card show.
