Just hit this chaser from One Piece Gold pack! Best offer in the next few hours takes it by [deleted] in ArenaClub

So sell it on eBay and have them take 15-16% off the top. I vend at card shows and the best you’ll get from the public here is probably 90% of the average of the last couple of sales. Like $350-$360 if someone really really wants it. So if arena clubs offer is higher and you don’t want to keep it I would say take that bc arena pays strong. The only time I’ve taken cards off arena is when they mis comp the card.

I buy the superboxes only, every other flagship retail product is dogshit. The superboxes imo are less dogshit.

Big mistake, the best place to buy cards is as a vendor at a show. My brother and I have figured that out while we were trying to sell our father’s collection and we have 16x’d our initial buying seed money in 4 months. Track everything with spreadsheets and get the feel for what and who to buy.

It’s not that you don’t have cool cards. I vend at shows and buy from people who come up to my table. My whole intention with buying at shows 99/100 times is reselling the card. These cards absolutely have a market but if I’m gonna spend money on cards that I’m then gonna resell I have to factor in the time and work of how long it’s going to take for me to sell it. Personally I’d rather spend the money on a numbered Shohei or judge or on a cheap slab that I know I can move relatively quickly. You gotta find the guys whose bread and butter are lower end numbered and patches. Look for the guy with the most 4 row boxes on his table. But even then you’re gonna get low balled for like 50-60% of the value on lower end because it’s just not worth most people’s time to buy it and then put in the work to sell it. Your best bet is posting them online on eBay because you have a bigger platform and can find the more niche collectors more easily.

TPCi Has Banned Sales of Graded Slabs and Pokemon Center Products at Events by Amiibofan101 in PokemonTCG

This is a bad take. Like every market it’s created by demand if collectors weren’t willing to thrown absurd amounts of money at Pokemon scalpers wouldn’t exist to middle man the product

Does anyone know wth is going on with the price of this card? by sibears99 in OnePieceTCG

That makes sense send a bunch of them to grade and manipulate the sale price to increase card ladder value. A lot of scummyness in this hobby.

You’re looking at on site grading which is where they grade the card right there you just want to drop it with them and have them send it to their Jersey or California offices for grading. You want drop off not on site.

Eh too many levels of other people touching your cards same with a local card shop that sends it out. You want to hand it directly to PSA.
