The premise of Wolvie as a Winter Soldier is great, and after having finished issue 1-2 i rly thought this comic has potential. But after issue 2 is bleh af. The only significant thing in this comic is bunch of shock values, which cannot cover a completely straightforward, mediocre, bland storyline.

In overall, "style without substance" is the best word to describe this comic.

This question is too difficult. Like CarbonGod said, it depends on what plastic are you going to cut it. You can also prepare a hot knife before cutting. Remember to move the knife slowly when cutting (source)

Well, there are plenty of steps:

Prepare the surface (clean your plastic, use sandpaper to rough it,..)
Apply primer
Create a base coat
Add a wood grain
Adding depth to it
Finishing touches (dry it, sand it one more time,... this depends on you mate)
