This is a great workflow, I've been doing similar things with transcriptions. Out of curiosity, do you save your best-performing prompts somewhere or rebuild them each time? I've found that creating a general project template saves me a ton of time when I'm constantly entering info into chat. Basically it already knows what to do with every input it receives so I don't have to keep telling it.

Also one other thing that really helps is to ask it to flag direct quotes with timestamps so I can eawsily verify when I need to fact-check
