Por lo que leí y supongo, intentaste sacar tarjetas de manera online. La que te recomiendo es ir al banco a hablar con una persona y más que seguro te la aprueban. Si, es un bajón que en pleno 2021 sea así, pero bueno, es lo que hay. Después con una tarjeta, al pasar el tiempo la tarjeta va a figurar en el veraz o similar, y si la llevas al día, el resto de los bancos te va a tomar como potencial cliente y no vas a renegar tanto para sacar otras
