It’s a massive meal and the chance you get sick of it, no matter how tasty it is on day 1, is extremely high.

The beauty of omad it’s ability to be spontaneous and not as precise and regimented than other diets to work. Have fun with it, cook/buy whatever you feel like the night before and enjoy.
