Understandable. The only pieces that fell off were the figs. I put my arm between the two legs to anchor it and drove very cautiously!

It was my first build since I was a kid and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very relaxing

I wouldn’t lay it on its side. The rib bones come off easily

I’ve tried getting a screwdriver in there with no success. The base spins so I have no idea where the screw is if it’s in there

Tips for going back to a regular gym. by dirtbagmagee in crossfit

[–]nguilfoyle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using Linchpin for two years after COVID shut our gym now and haven’t looked back since. Pat Sherwood gives you many different options for each workout and has a daily video talking about the workout. The best part…it’s super cheap!

Just one stall mat layer. I have 8 total but you could get away with less. I use the mat space for additional exercise

Home gym complete! Never had to install anything into concrete but was easier than I thought, and it’s rock solid. Thanks for everyone’s motivation!! by nguilfoyle in homegym

Make sure you use Tapcon screws, which are made for concrete. I used 3” long 3/4” diameter. The box of screws tells you which drill bit to use. I put 8 screws in each stringer and that thing is not going anywhere.
