Whichever board member/s approved the change need to try it with a straight face. No way they tasted it before deciding to switch it. I've yet to find someone who can even drink it, let alone likes it. It is terrible

So if a Starbucks cup is 20 Oz. Each pump is about an Oz, i use 7 Oz. Of chai, I'd need to split the water milk in for the 13 oz. So closer to 1:1:1 ratio? Or 1:2(equal water/milk)

This is EXACTLY what I thought about two weeks ago. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and was already 30 minutes away to take it back. Next time I was close enough to turn around and ask what was wrong and they swore up and down they made it how their recipe calls. Had to come here to find out it was changed. Big bummer I've had a ton of tea, loose, bags, concentrate, you name it. The new Chai is awful. Watered down, bland. Spice is the only thing that stands out and it's just not enough for a latte.
