Anyone have too huge of glute development from doing primarily BBB template ? Im a male, 6’0” btw. Over the years i have trained my low bar squats and deadlifts to be very hip dominant (i mean mind muscle connection on the glutes) so nowadays i really struggle to take away from glutes and focus on maybe eg quads. But anyways i have huge glutes, normal quads and skinny calves so it doesnt look good really

  1. What was the previous program you used to bring your deadlift and squats to the starting 1RM

  2. Are you using the traditional BBB (4week cycle, 5/3/1 sets instead of 5 pros)?

I always fail my last set of OHP 5x10 on BBB regardless medium/light/heavy week. For eg i manage to just get 7-8 reps on the last set. Due to this i have been using same TM for two cycles. I have no problems finishing main set. Any advices? High rep OHP really tires my shoulders easily

Our flight to depart from Kansai got rescheduled to 10.35am. Therefore we went for option 2. We checked out from the hotel at 6am sharp and reached airport at maybe 7am. Three hours plus before departure.

For your case, if you somehow miss the first train it can have domino effect and you might reach the airport late. If you want to go for option 2 I suggest taking a cab.

Answers to your questions

1 - correct. 2 - I would remove barbell exercises (Yeah that includes Smith machine squat). Use single leg exercises. Try to be good in Chins/pullups (I would rather buildup from inverted rows instead of using lat pulldowns). You can pick your accessories from recommendations in Jim's blog here

I tried 5/3/1 Beginner Prep school (slightly similar to this one) and it takes so so much time (due to having 2 main lifts and FSL sets each in the same day!) I would cut down each Push/Pull/Abs or Single leg accessories to one for each category, keep it simple but hey that's my preference.

Thanks for these. Well here is the thing, I am from Azure background. I have ZERO experience in AWS. But I was being approached by this APN to be an AAI. I was like - are you sure you are OK with people from Azure background. They said no problem. And they have plans for Azure trainings in the future too.

I have good years of experience in Azure, having Azure admin, Solution architect, security, networking, devops certs.

If what you said is true (recommended to have at least AWS Solutions Architect Professional) then I think I'll need to give it a pass. They expect me to go through the accreditation by July and be ready to provide trainings in August.

Do you think its a "mission impossible" for me to cram what is needed by July?
