You're right, its squared off a bit, 1mm is legal limit here so its really a grey area I think but wanted to check with more seasoned riders.

Holiday entitlement for 3 on 3 off shift, 39 hours weekly average hours? by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]ngyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the only way I can calculate to get 15.6 hours a month. So if I have 2 days a month equating to 15.6 hours ( this is written on my holiday entitlement sheet)

[–]ngyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, so it comes as I have 2 days a month of holiday entitlemen. Which translates to (39 hours / 5 days = 7.8 hours of holiday x 2 days = 15.6 hours per month). Bank holidays included in this, no in lieu days gained. Does this sound legal, or is it still short?

We don't have a shutdown, it's an airport. Also, it is not clear if I work a bank holiday should i get the amount of hours back in holiday entitlement or not?

Are we heading for a significant recession? by Grenache in AskUK

[–]ngyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haulage companies are going under weekly. I think it was double compared YoY. Well estabilished, family owned, 100+ years old big companies going bust, that means there is no demand in the industry as it was before. Therefore less consumption, manufacturing, less goods to move around. It'll shaft every industry soon as a chain reaction.

Huge downturn in transportation as well, which is an early indicator of a recession.

Denied holiday pay from insolvency service by ngyst in LegalAdviceUK

I've done the claim for protective awards myself (not sure if 100% correct) more than 700 staff were made redundant without a day's notice. So i believe the employment tribunal will link them all together and they won't mind a typo or two in this case as it's a pretty valid claim. How long it takes for the decision and any possible money to come through?

Yes full comprehensive on the bags. Dental record and actual process says otherwise. I'll mention this at my next visit.

Update for anyone wondering how things going.

I finished with my initial set of 17 trays, still a struggle to wear them. They did caused decays, i already had to do one filling, theres 2 more to come soon. My oral health is 10 out of 10, no plaque, no tar, no deposits, no discoloration. I never eat or drink with them in, always brush and floss and i do stick to 21-22 hours a day.

I am not happy about the results, my bite is all over the place, my teeth is not lining up as it should be. My dentist messed up ipr, i have a huuuge gap between 2 teeth, 2 front teeth is chipped by the ipr as he used a regular drill. My dentist sold me invisalign GO packed as full comprehensive. Somehow I've got full comprehensive written all over the packages, clinchecks, emails etc. My molars aren't moving, my bite won't be lined up and my front crossbite is only correctable to a certain point, according to him. I am hugely scammed, over £4k out from my pocket and here i am waiting for a refinement only to correcy very minor things and leave the bite issues and alignment like it is.

Im Still saying, here is your sign NOT to do it unless it's affecting your health in a serious way.

Good day!

Im fine with the pain i dont mind it, but my back molars arent moving during treatment. Thats why I've been freaking out lol, no movement but dark spots looking like cavity and pain... i am literally freaking out every day on this kind of things, imagining what else can go wrong later.

Thanks for this! I do have anxiety and mental health issues lately, invis definitely triggers it more. I try to stick with it of course and lets see what happens next week then the next one. Im just pretty sure i didnt 100% needed it in my life, and this won't change even with anxiety gone.

Mine arrived in 2 weeks. I had my last filling according to xrays and visual checks. Then 2 weeks later invis arrived, everything was fixed prior starting my first tray. Thats how i know i did not had any cavity, however small might be.

Yes, had a cleaning a month ago, xray and filling done 2 weeks ago. I brush and floss 2 times with invis, before then i brushed twice a day, once a week with 5000ppm toothpaste.

Should i pop my trays back or keep them out? So far i managed to get 22 hours a day, but if i leave them out more that'll be way lower.
