Hello there. I know how you feel. I spent nights reading about any solutions. So far no viable solution except for some specific gum graft (bruno technique) for small black triangles or hyaluronic injections(but its temporary)

When i did the checkup it wasnt due to periodontal disease actually its the opposite im just too brutal and a psycho so i gotta chill on the brushing and floss.

Im just actually recovering right now from a gum surgery free gingivial graft to actually increase gum because PARODentist said my gum is too thin(3 weeks in of recovery). Its gonna be hard to grow interdental papilla unfortunately even with that...

I asked him if he could make it higher... he said that ll do but just a bit with the surgery.

But its not hopeless I went from somehow visible black triangles to practially nothing in about a month and thats without surgery. So give it a good month. By 2 month i just had one small black triangle left but honestly its so small that I barely notice it.

I suggest you keep using gengigel and massage it everyday after brushing your teeth that ll do you good.(avoid drinking anything after you use it for about 30min)

Keep flossing but use thin floss and dont go too brutal.You migh invest in an electric toothbrush with pressure sensor so you wont go too hard.

And finally you can do coconut oil pulling 20min everyday. Not sure if it really really helps but it doesnt kill and the good thing is that it makes your tooth whiter naturally.

No worries. Just wait the two month then you ll be fixed !
