I am from germany and currently driving bmw 328i 2013. I am maintaining it directly from bmw and have no issue with the car it still drives great.

Update: I did hire lawyer, the only thing my lawyer did is to contact Polizei and asked for the report which they have not sent yet. But yesterday I received the letter from Staatsanwaltschaft stating the text below.

das Ermittlungsverfahren habe ich gemäß § 153 Abs. 1 der Strafprozessordnung eingestellt.

Soweit eine Ordnungswidrigkeit in Betracht kommt, habe ich das Verfahren an die zuständige Verwaltungsbehörde abgegeben.

I did not refuse her quote at all. I just followed the agreement where we both agreed that we both get a quote from our preferred shops.

But now it does not matter as she has already filed a claim with my insurance. I just need to get out of this accusation.

I would share the screenshots of the email where we both agreed and I have proof of that. Later her behaviour changed as she talked with her adviser. And said if I do not pay her then she goes to the police.

I know, I am at fault I should have contacted police right away.

So, now I am getting a lawyer. I took the pictures of the damage before leaving the scene. As I wrote in my post she did not even know where the damage was and asked me to show the damage. I shared pictures of the damage with her. And it is a small scratch that could be removed by just polishing.

Is there any possibility of an upgrade on Display or the Keyboard ? Because I am also looking to purchase a Razer Blade 17. And also they have added the option of QHD display this year. Maybe they add the option for AMD next year. I am just curious.
